WTO dispute settlement procedure

Our services include lobbying the European Commission during or after WTO dispute settlement proceedings. As an outcome of the WTO dispute settlement procedure, the losing party may face trade sanctions.

We have experience intervening before the European Commission when our clients’ interests are adversely affected by the preliminary list of trade-sanctioned items imposed upon the losing party in the dispute settlement ruling.
