We advised a patient association in the context of the application of Directive 85/374 / EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States on liability for defective products, with regard to the damage caused by taking thalidomide.
We advised a manufacturer of goods for professional use in the context of a possible transfer of liability, within the meaning of directive 85/374, to the distributor’s chief, for the latter’s non-compliance with the provisions of directive 2006 / 42 on machines.
