We provided legal advice to an African government within the context of an ACP project regarding the enactment of WTO rules into the State’s national legal system.
This project entailed three stages:
• The drafting of law and decree propositions on the enactment of GATT and TRIPS rules.
• Training courses given to senior civil servants in the field of WTO GATT and TRIPS agreements.
• The drafting of a final report on the results of the project.
